Health needs of children

NHS West Kent Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is developing a Children and Young People’s Strategic Commissioning Plan in order to identify priorities for developing children and young people’s services over the next five years.  The CCG has identified some priorities for development and now want to test these with parents and carers of children and young people to ensure the issues that are important to them are included.

The primary focus for this piece of work is parents and carers of children/young people with special educational needs including a specific health need and those with a disability.  The CCG would also like feedback from parents and carers of children/young people with a long-term condition, such as diabetes or asthma.

We would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to answer some questions regarding your experience of children and young people’s health services.
