A new survey has been launched by the Commissioner’s Office and the University of Kent. (Take part here and have your say: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Kent_police_survey). The survey aims to explore what Kent residents expect from their police service.
The research aims to:
• Identify the key drivers of public satisfaction and the factors that shape and influence it.
• Identify if there are different audiences for policing within Kent and whether different approaches need to be taken
• Identify opportunities to improve the overall satisfaction of the public and their experience of the services they have received
The findings will be written into a report by a Masters student and shared with the Commissioner’s Office and Kent Police. Anyone over the age of 16 can take part and the survey closes on Friday 21st March 2014.
